Halltech Inc. is an ISO-9001 manufacturer of Polymer Emulsions and Industrial Adhesives, with its head office and manufacturing facility located on 18 acres of land in Toronto, Canada and a sales office, with warehousing, in Quebec.

Halltech Inc. was established in 1981, although our business dates back to 1934 when the company first entered the Ontario market, as Stein-Hall Limited.

In 1984, Polycol was purchased by Halltech Inc. in order to increase our presence in the Quebec market. Polycol has been servicing the Quebec market with quality adhesives since 1965 and their commitment to Customer Service and Quality Product was seen as a natural fit.
